Normal casinos don’t let you just hold the machine next to you by just having your card in it with no money. Per Alex K she was “holding” that machine, and made it appoint to say she plays all kinds of machines in there. While playing in the high limit room like we always do - we wanted to play $25 double diamond deluxe but there was a lady that was sitting next to that machine (she was not playing this particular machine, had no money in it, but had her players card in this machine). To whom it may concern: I would like to make it very clear that we are at your Pittsburgh Live casino multiple times a week and have never had any issues with any employees, but tonight Alex K ruined our night.
